They definitely get the Poop to That! award for rotten customer service. I would not ever go again, even if it was free. Not only were they rude to my mother but me as well. The "Manager" acted as if I was some lowlife just trying to get something for free. Had them detail a small truck, it wasn't vacuumed properly, Windexed properly or anything else. Literally...poop to that

So I had the cable company in the new house to hook everything up and much to my surprise and delight the guy who did my last install showed up. I had previously found him to be highly competent, so I was glad he was there. This time around, however he had a helper. Well that was okay...right up until the time he asked if he could use the restroom. Immediately the thought popped into my head, as long as you don't poop, go ahead. I didn't say that...I guess I kinda thought that it really went without saying. I could not have been more wrong. So I directed him where to go and didn't think anything else about it. Now, it should be pointed out that My mom was there helping me unpack, I walk into the living room to put something away and my eyes started to water and my nose wanted to run and hide. I could not believe it, not only did this guy do the poop in my bathroom, even the shut door, could not contain the nastiness. It wafted all the way into the living room into both my kids' rooms. Well, what are you gonna do. It's not like he did that and then left, they were still working in the house. I go to mom and am so grossed out that I have to laugh, in between my blubbering, I manage to shove a lysol can in her hand and get her to hose down the house. OK, here's the worst part, yes there is one, when he walked to me later, I could even smell it on him. I think he managed to get it on him. Can I just say....eeeeewwwwwwwww!!!!! SO, please join me in welcoming he who shall remain nameless to the POOP TO THAT club.
